2. The buried HDPE water supply pipeline. DN ≤ 110 pipeline installation in the summer can be slightly serpentine laying; DN ≥ 110 pipeline because of sufficient soil resistance, can resist thermal stress, there is no need to reserve pipe length; in winter, there is also no need to reserve the length of the pipe.
3. When the HDPE pipeline is installed, if the operation space is too small (such as: pipeline wells, construction inside the ceiling, etc.), the fused connection method should be adopted.
4. When the hot-melt socket is connected, the heating temperature should not be too high or too long, and the temperature should be controlled at 210±10°C. Otherwise, the molten material extruded in the fitting will be excessive, and the inner diameter of the water will be reduced. Or the pipe interface should be clean, otherwise it will cause the socket to be leaked; at the same time, it is necessary to control the angle and direction of the pipe to avoid rework.
5. When the hot-melt butt connection is required, the voltage is required to be between 200V and 220V. If the voltage is too high, the temperature of the heating plate will be too high, and if the voltage is too low, the docking machine will not work normally; the interface should be aligned when docking, otherwise, the joint area and the weld strength is not enough, and the curling is not symmetrical; when the heating plate is heated, the pipe joint is not cleaned, or the heating plate has oil, sand and other impurities, which will cause the interface to be leaked and drained; heating time should be controlled, the heating time is short, and the heat absorption time of the pipe is not enough, which will cause the welding bead to be too small; the heating time is too long, which may cause the welding bead to be too large, and may form a virtual welding.
The principle of the syphonic roof rainwater system is to rely on the design of a special roof outlet to implement water-vapor separation, so that the rainwater riser is in a full-flow state.
